Shipping & Returns

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail, usually on our next business day, unless you are paying by check, money order, or PayPal eCheck. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday would normally ship on Monday, unless it is a U.S. legal holiday. If you pay by personal check, shipment of your order may be delayed up to 10 days from the day your payment is received. Our current shipping costs are as follows:

For 100% cotton print fabric, we ship up to 7 yards in a Flat Rate Envelope or 20 yards in a Flat Rate Box.

You may request shipping via First Class Mail, for orders of only patterns or other small items, by noting it in the special instructions box, during checkout, and we will credit you the difference, when we ship your order.

Some items could be out of stock, in which case your order would be delayed by a few days. Usually 3 days. You will receive notification if you order items that are out of stock. These items include some patterns and books. All other items are always in stock.

Our goal is make every customer happy. If you are not satisfied, please let us know, so we can make it right. We don't give cash refunds, but we will send you a replacement of anything you are not happy with. For details, please see our return policy, in our conditions of use.
